RECIPE 1: COLD WEATHER TEA to reduce inflammation and warm your soul.
INGREDIENTS: 1 tsp turmeric / 2 tsp honey / 2 tsp cracked black pepper / 2 tsp grated ginger
DIRECTIONS: 1.Place cracked black pepper and ginger into infuser. 2.Fill cup with boiling water. 3.Steep for 3-4 minutes. 4.With the back of a spoon blend turmeric and honey together to make a paste. 5.Stir paste into the tea.

BEE FACT 1 – Bees have 5 eyes; those two big compound eyes we all notice and three eyes called “ocellus” at the base of the antenna. Ocellus are photoreceptors that orient the bee to the sun so she can return to the hive and return to your flowers for more nectar.
